Daring Digraphs
Daring Digraphs is a structured, research-backed phonics game designed to help learners identify, decode, and read words containing consonant digraphs — two letters that combine to produce a single new sound (e.g., sh, ch, th, wh, ph, ck).
Using engaging picture–word matching activities, learners practise recognising digraphs in initial and final positions, strengthening decoding accuracy and phoneme–grapheme mapping. By systematically working through targeted digraph sets, learners develop the skills needed to read and spell increasingly complex words.
