Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how your Yellow Tree order reaches you — and what happens if you need to send something back.

Local delivery (SA)

2–5 working days via courier. Tracking link emailed when your order ships.

International

7–21 working days. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order cut-off

Orders placed before 12:00 SAST ship the same working day. Weekend orders ship Monday.

30-day returns

Unused physical items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

How returns work

  1. Email hello@yellowtreereading.com with your order number.
  2. We'll send you the return address and a returns reference.
  3. Send the item back in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
  4. Once it arrives we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 working days.

Digital downloads

Digital products (PDFs, printables, course access) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If something isn't working, get in touch and we'll help you sort it.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email a photo within 7 days and we'll replace the item at no cost.
